For those purchasing their first home, we will take you through the whole process from finding the right mortgage for your circumstances through to completion. We will also liaise with your solicitor and estate agent on your behalf.

Whether you just want a better deal than you currently have or want to extend your borrowing for home improvements, Holcombe Financial Services can help. We will find you the best new deal for your needs. We will prioritise the features you feel are most important for your deal.
Buy to let
If you are looking at purchasing an investment property, or indeed have an existing portfolio of any size, we can potentially save you a lot of time by searching the whole of the market to find the deal that works for you.
Fees...
Our typical fee is up to £495 and becomes payable at offer and is non-refundable. We may on occasion need to charge more or less than the typical fee depending on the complexity of the advice. For instance, we may charge more for multiple mortgages or adverse credit, but may be able to charge less for simple product transfers.

We will confirm and agree the fee with you prior to the commencement of any work. We will receive and retain a commission from the lender when your mortgage completes. This amount will be confirmed by the lender in their disclosure document.
